GREATER ATLANTA USSSA NOW POWERED BY 17 BASEBALL

CANTON, GA (February 20, 2020) -- 17 Tournaments today announced they have acquired Greater Atlanta USSSA Youth Baseball Tournaments, adding to their 17 Baseball programing. Over the years, Greater Atlanta USSSA has been instrumental in growing the youth baseball tournament business in north Georgia, while setting exceptional tournament experience standards.

“I am really excited about joining the 17 Tournaments organization,” said Chad Parker, Greater Atlanta USSSA Director. “Being a part of 17 Baseball will allow me the opportunity to take my vision to another level, by merging a great tournament director with a great tournament operator. The customer service standards and servant attitude 17 Tournaments has is unparalleled to any other tournament operator in the country.”

The north Georgia-based organization will operate under the updated title of Greater Atlanta USSSA powered by 17 Baseball until the fall, when it fully transitions to 17 Baseball. All tournaments already scheduled under the Greater Atlanta USSSA banner will remain as planned and will operate with the same outstanding tournament standards as they have in the past.

“Acquiring Greater Atlanta USSSA is an amazing expansion opportunity for our company,” said Eric McCafferty, 17 Tournaments Director of Sales. “Parker has built a program that thoroughly encompasses the standards and mission of 17 Tournaments. We’re looking forward to having him as part of our team as we continue to grow the 17 Baseball brand and tournament offerings.”

In addition to the tournaments already scheduled by the Greater Atlanta USSSA, 17 Baseball is slated to host youth baseball tournaments in Florida, Ohio, Michigan and Mississippi during the 2020 season.
